After years of working in advertising, rushing to meetings, dealing with impossible deadlines, and moving from one country to another I decided to turn my life around and step into the holistic approach and complementary therapies.

I qualified in ITEC level III Massage Therapy on 2014, shortly after I trained in Deep Tissue Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage and then decided to become also a Reiki Practitioner following the Core Curriculum and meeting National Occupational Standards for Reiki. As I continue to develop my professional skills, I am also trained in Pregnancy Massage, Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy and Maderotherapy.
